Overview

FIS WebScan is a proprietary application used by web clients to interface with USB based scanners, without the use of ActiveX or Java. The purpose of this document is to cover the installation and configuration of WebScan application.

Review the following list of hardware and software requirements, supported operating systems, supported browsers and the list of supported scanners before attempting to install the WebScan application.

Please note, TLS 1.3 is required to use with WebScan version 2022.01.0110 or newer.
